Yes, Pasadena Octoberfest is a 21+ event. You’ll need to bring a valid photo ID to gain entry.

Is water available at the festival?
Yes, there will be free water available to all participants at the Pasadena Octoberfest. Please feel free to bring a reusable, refillable water bottle to use at the festival. If you don’t have one to bring, you can always use your sampling cup.
What if I don't want to drink but still wish to attend?
Designated Driver tickets will be available to purchase at the door on the day of the event; there will be free water available to all Designated Drivers. Designated Drivers who are accompanying an Early Entry or VIP Pavilion ticket holder may access the festival early but may not enter the VIP Pavilion. Any DD found drinking alcohol will be immediately removed from the festival and barred from access to future Motley Brews events.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept major credit cards via our website prior to the event. We also accept all major credit cards at the door as well as cash. We do not accept checks.
Do breweries ever run out of beer?
Occasionally we will run out of a certain beer that is popular with our attendees. Luckily, there are always plenty of other beers to sample until the end of the beer festival.
Can I get a refund for my ticket purchase?
Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds on any tickets purchased.
What if it rains?
The festival will happen rain or shine. Pasadena Octoberfest will not be cancelled due to rain.
Is there transportation?
The City of Pasadena provides a bus route (Rt 51 Saturday) to transport passengers between the Rose Bowl and Old Pasadena, Memorial Park Station. A bus is scheduled to pass every 22 minutes on this route. The trip is only 11 minutes between the Rose Bowl and Memorial Park Station. The Memorial Park Gold Line station is one of 62 Metro rail stations in the Los Angeles County that connects Pasadena to the growing Metro Rail system.
